Job Summary:
This role is responsible for leading the janitorial services scope of work at all store or site locations within a designated area or territory, across multiple customer banners.

- Overall Store Operations (Budgets, Profitability, and KPIs)
- Quality Standards and Audits
- Training and Development
- Cost Management and Controls
- Increasing Revenue and Profits per Store and Customer Banners
Responsibilities:
Planning and Budgeting:- Develop and implement annual plans with customer banners, including budgets, waxing schedules, and potential add-on sales opportunities.
- Create and execute short- and long-term strategies to ensure sustainability and profitability.
- Build strong relationships with customers and business partners through cross-selling, trust-building, and delivering exceptional service.
- Serve as the single point of contact for customer communication regarding services, address concerns, and provide timely solutions.
- Lead and coordinate daily communication with United Partners on issues and actions.
- Set expectations, provide training, coaching, and mentoring to Partners.
- Lead process initiatives and implementations at store level, working with Sr. management to identify trends and gaps.
- Manage business using United technologies (e.g., Salesforce, Outlook).
- Responsible for revenue and cost per store, including billing, invoicing, store budgets, and employee hours.
- Monitor asset inventory, including equipment and supplies.
- Implement transitions of new business in compliance with customer transition processes.
- Lead growth of In-store business by upselling special services.
- Co-lead performance management.
- Support Partner Effectiveness team in hiring, recruitment, and termination of Partners.
- Lead In-Store Partner Training and support overall Partner training program.
- Responsible for managing business using United technologies and asset management.
Requirements:
A degree in business administration or a related field is required.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
