About the Role

Carez Nursing Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our nursing staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our nursing staff, including scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between our office and external parties, responding to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient files, medical records, and other sensitive information.
  • Office Operations: Assist with office administration, including ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and performing other tasks as needed.
  • Team Support: Provide support to our nursing staff, including preparing meeting materials, taking minutes, and performing other tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office.
