We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Physio-Care Services. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our healthcare operations team. This includes scheduling and confirming appointments, answering telephone and electronic enquiries, and maintaining inventory of office supplies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and electronic enquiries
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies
  • Provide customer service
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail. You will be required to work under pressure and be organized in your approach to tasks.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Ability to work in a team environment
