Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at VITACARE Guardian. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our pharmacy operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the pharmacy operations team, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to electronic inquiries.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Manage digital databases and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
