Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at VITACARE Guardian. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our pharmacy operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the pharmacy operations team, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to electronic inquiries.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Manage digital databases and maintain accurate records.
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
- Work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
