Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at HomeLife Professionals Realty Inc. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
  • Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and other administrative tasks.
  • Develop and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
