About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at PARC Retirement Living. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents, families, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere by greeting residents and visitors
  • Perform administrative and support services in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer phone calls and respond to requests from residents and visitors
  • Manage the residence driver's schedule and handle booking conflicts
  • Scan payable invoices and submit them to managers for approval
  • Respond to emergency calls and assist with security issues
  • Assist with recreation programs and events
  • Support Food Service, Housekeeping, and other departments as requested

Requirements
  • Grade 12 education or equivalent
  • At least two years of reception experience in a similar environment
  • Strong focus on customer service and communication skills

  • Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other software
  • Current First Aid and CPR certifications, along with WHMIS and FOODSAFE
