We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at PARC Retirement Living. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents, families, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere by greeting residents and visitors
- Perform administrative and support services in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to requests from residents and visitors
- Manage the residence driver's schedule and handle booking conflicts
- Scan payable invoices and submit them to managers for approval
- Respond to emergency calls and assist with security issues
- Assist with recreation programs and events
- Support Food Service, Housekeeping, and other departments as requested

At PARC Retirement Living, we understand the importance of immunization to protect our residents, team members, and visitors from COVID-19. As such, a prerequisite of employment is that all new hires are fully vaccinated as approved by Health Canada. We also require a Criminal Record Check and a TB test within the first month of employment.
