Join Our Team as a Receptionist at PARC Retirement Living

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Receptionist to join our team at PARC Retirement Living. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, families, and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere that sets the tone for their experience with us.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to residents, families, and visitors
  • Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring a clean and organized environment
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle correspondence in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Assist with special events, programs, and activities
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
Requirements:
  • Grade 12 education or equivalent
  • At least two years of reception experience in a similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Current First Aid and CPR certifications, along with WHMIS
