Description
We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our Administration team. As a trusted advisor, you will ensure the efficient and effective operation of our business. You will be responsible for managing the reception switchboard, greeting clients and visitors, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage the reception switchboard and direct incoming calls
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide exceptional customer service, both in person and over the phone
- Process and distribute incoming and outgoing courier packages and mail
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of office stationery supply rooms
- Oversee the distribution of office supplies and maintain inventory
- Coordinate catering requirements and set up board rooms for client meetings
- Perform routine clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, and printing reports
- Prepare and review general templates, letters, reports, and other correspondence materials
Requirements
- 2 years of office and clerical experience in a professional working environment
- Post-secondary education in administration is considered an asset
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
