Receptionist Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at beBee Professionals in Kelowna, Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and maintain office calendars with precision.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence, with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, reflecting the company's professional image.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with office software, such as Microsoft Office, and ability to learn new systems quickly.
