Opportunity Overview

A leading Canadian medical device company is seeking a top-performing sales representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience selling capital equipment into plastic surgeons, dermatologists, and aesthetic medical practices on the west coast, specifically based out of Vancouver.

The company requires someone with a strong and documented track record of performance, who can bring market knowledge, customer contacts, and a deep understanding of the sales cycle specific to the industry. The successful candidate will report directly to the VP of Sales & Operations and will be responsible for hunting new business and leveraging customer relationships.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 3+ years of sales success in the aesthetic field, selling capital equipment
  • Familiarity with high-functionality CRMs for sales tracking, pipeline optimization, and customer management
  • High level of comfort with transparency and a willingness to engage in consistent discussions and coaching with management, reviewing sales pipeline and market opportunities
Compensation

The medical aesthetic industry is one of the highest paying industries in North America. Compensation will include a base salary and an extremely high commission at plan. Additional bonuses and commissions are provided when targets are exceeded.

Summary

This opportunity is for capital equipment sales directly into businesses and/or medical clinics. Pharmaceutical, CPG, and retail sales reps need not apply. Preference will be given to those applicants who have sold capital equipment in excess of $50,000 per unit.

Only those who meet the above criteria and complete the psychometric profiling in the Workwolf system will be considered.
