Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our growing team on the West Coast, specifically based out of Vancouver. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a dynamic company with a strong pipeline of best-in-class products.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients within the aesthetic medical market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the region.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
  • Manage a sales pipeline and track progress towards targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and support.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years of proven success selling capital equipment within the aesthetic field.
  • In-depth understanding of the sales cycle specific to the medical device industry.
  • Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems for sales tracking, pipeline management, and customer relationship building.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a strong track record of exceeding targets.

Compensation & Benefits

Plasmatology Group offers a competitive compensation package commensurate with experience, including a base salary and an attractive commission structure. Additional bonuses are available for exceptional performance.
