Position Overview:
Plasmatology Group, a prominent player in the medical device sector, is seeking a high-achieving sales professional with a proven background in marketing capital equipment to plastic surgeons, dermatologists, and aesthetic clinics. The ideal candidate will be based in Vancouver and will be responsible for driving sales in the west coast region. With a robust and expanding portfolio of top-tier products, we require an individual who possesses a strong history of sales performance.
Your expertise in the market, established customer relationships, and comprehensive understanding of the sales process specific to this field will be crucial. You will be directly accountable to the VP of Sales & Operations, focusing on acquiring new clients while utilizing your existing connections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets in the aesthetic medical device market.
- Utilize CRM systems effectively for tracking sales activities, optimizing the sales pipeline, and managing customer relationships.
- Engage in regular discussions with management regarding sales performance and market opportunities.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of successful sales experience in the aesthetic sector, particularly with capital equipment.
- Proficient in using CRM tools for sales management.
- Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement through coaching and performance reviews.
Compensation Package:
The medical aesthetics industry offers some of the most competitive compensation structures in North America. The successful candidate will receive a base salary complemented by a lucrative commission structure. Additional bonuses will be awarded for exceeding sales targets.
Important Note:
This role focuses on capital equipment sales to medical practices. Candidates with experience in pharmaceutical, consumer packaged goods, or retail sales are not suitable for this position. Preference will be given to those who have experience selling high-value capital equipment.
