What You'll Achieve:
  • Drive sales revenue growth within the territory through support and engagement with our distribution partner.
  • Provide clinical training and support for customers and distributors, ensuring they have the necessary skills to succeed.
  • Launch new products in combination with marketing in the territory, expanding our product portfolio and increasing market share.
  • Establish strong relationships with physicians and clinicians, fostering trust and credibility.
  • Educate and influence sales through value-based and strategic selling skills, helping customers make informed decisions.
  • Create new sales opportunities for products, identifying and capitalizing on emerging trends and needs.
  • Conduct peer-to-peer and promotional events in the West Canada area, building brand awareness and driving sales.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as requested by your manager, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional results.
What's Needed to Succeed:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2+ years of experience in medical device sales, with a focus on hospital call point sales.
  • A proven track record of revenue growth in the ICU and Emergency Department call points.
  • Previous experience working with distributor partners, a strong plus.
  • A dynamic, confident, driven, and articulate individual who can interact effectively with all levels of the organization, forging high-trust relationships and communicating in a compelling and direct fashion.
