What You'll Achieve:- Drive sales revenue growth within the territory through support and engagement with our distribution partner.
- Provide clinical training and support for customers and distributors, ensuring they have the necessary skills to succeed.
- Launch new products in combination with marketing in the territory, expanding our product portfolio and increasing market share.
- Establish strong relationships with physicians and clinicians, fostering trust and credibility.
- Educate and influence sales through value-based and strategic selling skills, helping customers make informed decisions.
- Create new sales opportunities for products, identifying and capitalizing on emerging trends and needs.
- Conduct peer-to-peer and promotional events in the West Canada area, building brand awareness and driving sales.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as requested by your manager, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional results.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 2+ years of experience in medical device sales, with a focus on hospital call point sales.
- A proven track record of revenue growth in the ICU and Emergency Department call points.
- Previous experience working with distributor partners, a strong plus.
- A dynamic, confident, driven, and articulate individual who can interact effectively with all levels of the organization, forging high-trust relationships and communicating in a compelling and direct fashion.
