Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Manager to join our team at Spring Financial Inc.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of technical support analysts, providing guidance and training to users in response to identified difficulties, and collecting and maintaining a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, networks, and internet connectivity.
  • Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions to technical issues.
  • Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties.
  • Supervise other technical support workers in this group.
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and software.
  • Provide business systems, network, and internet support to users in response to identified difficulties.
  • Provide customer service and manage incidents effectively.
  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure high-quality technical support services.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive health benefits, including a healthcare plan. This is a full-time position requiring on-site work, with no remote option available.
