Job Description:
• Lead and manage a team of account executives to achieve sales KPIs and EBITDA targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relations with alliance partners.
• Enhance business relationships with existing clients to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Create compelling proposals and expand into new business, including financial analysis, cost/benefit ROI & TCO assessment, and pricing methodologies.
• Engage in relationship building and networking activities to develop additional sales opportunities.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably in the Public Sector/Government, Banking/Financial Services, Insurance, Retail, Technology/Media/Telecom, Healthcare, or Professional Services sectors.
• 1-2 years of experience in the staffing industry or similar outside service sales experience.
• Experience in developing, managing teams of account managers, recruiters, and previous experience with Government procurement methods and supply arrangements.
• Ability to communicate with and prospect to all levels of management, including C-Level, VP's, Senior Managers, and Technology staff.
Nice to Have:
• Experience with Government procurement methods and supply arrangements, the proposal process, and RFS-RFP bid preparation.
• Familiarity with IT professional staffing pricing and quality assurance on bid responses.
Salary Range: CAD $75,000.00 - CAD $85,000.00 per year, plus commissions and bonus plan.
