Senior Manager, Business Development Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager, Business Development Lead to drive strategic initiatives and support our Technology & Operations (T&O) Strategy & Innovation team. As part of this role, you will lead or support strategic projects that drive business value for the bank.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Strategic Initiatives: Define scope, approach, successful outcomes, stakeholder engagement models, solution alternatives, and strategic roadmaps for T&O Strategy-driven projects.
- Develop Insights: Conduct market research, competitive intel, baselining, technology assessment, and market trending analysis focused on technology.
- Communicate Findings: Develop content to effectively communicate findings and business implications with executive leadership teams.
- Build Relations: Establish strategic relations with internal and external partners, including external research agencies, academia, venture capital, etc.
- Strong Management Consulting Experience: Previous consulting experience with a major consulting firm.
- Strategic Project Leadership: 6-8 years of proven experience in leading and executing strategic projects focused on strategy development.
- Communication Skills: Professional PowerPoint skills to develop content and tailor messaging for senior executives.
- Motivated Self-Starter: Highly motivated self-starter with strong communications skills.
