    • Provide a superior member experience through the identification and promotion of products and services and where appropriate, provide qualified referrals based on identified needs
    • Demonstrate perseverance in difficult situations by showcasing understanding to members' perspectives, and creating action plans to resolve their concerns if they arise
    • Ensure proper due diligence by posting all transactions accurately and timely
    • Maintain discretion and confidentiality to respect members' privacy
    • Participate in branch activities in support of expanding the member relationship and growing our Digital Ambassador Program

Requirements
  • Previous work experience in a customer service role, with cash handling experience as an asset
  • High School diploma or relevant working experience
  • Flexibility to work all scheduled hours which include some evenings and Saturdays
  • Proven understanding of computer systems and programs including Microsoft Office, and Outlook
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, written, and oral communications skills
  • Effective organizational time management, and problem-solving skills
