Job Summary

The Shaw Festival Theatre is seeking a highly skilled Senior Membership Services Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Membership department, you will be responsible for generating revenue through donor-centric conversations, renewing and upgrading existing members, and acquiring new donors. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a world-renowned theatre company and contribute to our mission of increasing diversity and inclusion in our audiences and programs.

Key Responsibilities

Solicit charitable donations through outbound phone calls, electronic communication, and in-person conversations
Maintain exceptional customer service standards as a representative of the Shaw Festival
Develop and maintain relationships with donors and members
Achieve weekly metric targets in support of Membership's fundraising goals
Utilize Tessitura to track contacts, coordinate follow-up actions, and document feedback

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Knowledge of arts-based philanthropy and theatre
Proficiency in Tessitura and other relevant software
