Office Support Specialist

Canguard Building Maintenance Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Supervision and Coordination
- Oversee and coordinate the work of other administrative staff members
- Scheduling and Communication
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
- Answer and relay telephone calls and messages
- Respond to electronic inquiries and correspondence
- Office Management
- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Manage and maintain accurate records and files
- Customer Service
- Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate contacts or service areas
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external clients
- Administrative Support
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Provide administrative support to management and other staff members as needed
- Education and Experience
- No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but experience in a similar role is an asset
- Skills and Abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Work Environment
- 35-37 hours per week
- Permanent full-time position
- English language required
