We are seeking an experienced Office Support Specialist to join our team at AN INDIAN AFFAIR. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising other workers, establishing and implementing policies and procedures, and training other workers.

The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role. They will be able to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail.

The Office Support Specialist will be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, answering telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and compiling data, statistics and other information.

They will also be responsible for responding to employee questions and complaints, ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory, and greeting people and directing them to contacts or service areas.

The Office Support Specialist will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to be organized, a team player, and accurate.

We offer a permanent position with 40 hours per week and English as the primary work language.
