Office Support Specialist

Canguard Building Maintenance Ltd. is seeking a dedicated **Office Support Specialist** to enhance our operational efficiency. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks that are crucial for the smooth functioning of our organization.
Qualifications- Education: No formal education required, but relevant experience is considered an asset.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of other staff members.
- Manage scheduling and confirmation of appointments.
- Handle incoming calls and relay messages efficiently.
- Respond to electronic inquiries in a timely manner.
- Procure office supplies and maintain adequate inventory levels.
- Welcome visitors and guide them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
- Prepare and review correspondence, forms, and various documents for accuracy.
- Must be capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail is essential.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility in adapting to changing priorities.
- Highly organized with effective time management skills.
- Team-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Demonstrates accuracy and adaptability in all tasks.
- Quick to learn new processes and systems.
- Permanent position with a commitment of 35 to 37 hours per week.
- Work language is English.
