About the Role

Canguard Building Maintenance Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate the work of other administrative staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Schedule and Confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and efficient communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage Correspondence and documents, including typing, proofreading, and editing, to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Order Office Supplies and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that our office is well-stocked and equipped to meet the needs of our staff and clients.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service, greeting visitors, directing them to the appropriate contacts or service areas, and responding to electronic inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Ability to Work Independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to Multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong focus on time management and adaptability.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent, with no degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience an Asset, but not required.
