Job Description

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to coordinate various tasks and projects within our HR department. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events;
  • Evaluate daily operations and make recommendations for improvement;
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures;
  • Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers;
  • Oversee payroll administration and provide customer service.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

Essential Skills
  • A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Simply Accounting;
  • Familiarity with business process management and statistical analysis;
  • Knowledge of financial statements and invoices.
