Clinical Paramedic Program Representative

Job Summary:

Lakeridge Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Paramedic Program Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Clinical Paramedic Programs team, you will be responsible for representing our organization to allied agencies, including Paramedic Services, Fire Services, Industrial responders, Hospital staff, and Public Access defibrillation sites/staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent Lakeridge Health to allied agencies, demonstrating courtesy, respect, and sensitivity.
  • Travel between client service sites to provide support and services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide education and training to paramedics and other healthcare professionals on clinical paramedic programs and services.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement program strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Primary Care Paramedic or Advanced Care Paramedic certification, or equivalent.
  • Proven effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate, organize, and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and online teleconference platforms.
  • Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario, BCLS Instructor Certification strongly recommended.
  • Adult Education certificate an asset.
  • Satisfactory performance record.
