Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Paramedic Educator to join our team at Lakeridge Health. As a key member of our Clinical Paramedic Programs, you will play a vital role in representing our organization to allied agencies and promoting our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent Lakeridge Health to our allied agencies, demonstrating courtesy, respect, and sensitivity.
  • Travel between client service sites to provide education and support.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with paramedic services, fire services, industrial responders, and hospital staff.
  • Collaborate with Managers - Clinical Paramedic Programs to ensure seamless program delivery.
Qualifications
  • Primary Care Paramedic or Advanced Care Paramedic certification, or equivalent.
  • Proven effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and online teleconference platforms.
  • Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario, BCLS Instructor Certification strongly recommended.
  • Adult Education certificate an asset.
  • Satisfactory performance record.
