Physiotherapy Clinic Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to join our team as a Clinic Lead at Pickering Physiotherapy, a Lifemark Health Group company. As a Clinic Lead, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and direction to our team of clinicians, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and achieving high-quality clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform clinical assessments and implement treatment plans for clients.
  • Provide ongoing evaluation of client progress and ensure quality improvement in the delivery of patient care.
  • Responsible for financial and clinical performance metrics of the clinic.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence.
  • Coordinate operational activities with the team and demonstrate a strong presence in the clinic.
  • Engage in continuous learning, mentorship, and skills development.
  • Manage and resolve scheduling issues or changes that arise in the clinic.
  • Play an influential role in nurturing a sense of ownership across the workforce.
  • Assist in recruitment and hiring of staff.

Qualifications:
  • Fully Registered and in good standing as a Physiotherapist in Ontario.
  • Minimum of 1-5 years of clinical and leadership experience.
  • Completion of advanced orthopedic courses is a strong asset.
