GuruLink is looking for a highly skilled Account Director to lead our sales efforts in the manufacturing, automotive, and energy industries. As an expert in SaaS/software sales, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies, attracting new clients, and closing deals to achieve quotas.

About the Role:

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and well-organized individual who can work effectively in a team and under pressure. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both online and in person, and experience with CRM software such as HubSpot. A background in Mechanical or Software Engineering would be a significant advantage.

The role requires frequent travel (~25% of the time) and involves working closely with our Customer Success and Marketing teams to advance and close sales. If you are a results-driven professional with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients and grow existing relationships
  2. Collaborate with the Customer Success team to understand customer needs and provide support during the decision-making process
  3. Perform product demonstrations and generate sales revenues by utilizing all available resources
  4. Build strong relationships with customers by understanding market specifics and needs

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, develop your skills, and contribute to the growth of GuruLink. We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around $120,000-$150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
