We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager/Coach to join our team at United City Yachts. If you have a proven track record of success in sales leadership and a passion for coaching, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing sales team and drive business growth. As a Sales Manager/Coach, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, leading and motivating your team, and analyzing sales performance to identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales goals and targets for the team
  • Create and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve business objectives
  • Lead, motivate, and coach sales team members to optimize their performance
  • Analyze sales data and provide feedback to team members
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Manage sales operations, including forecasting and reporting
  • Collaborate with the management team to align sales efforts with business objectives
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in managing sales teams
  • A proven track record of success in sales leadership and coaching
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and provide actionable insights
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and sales environments
  • Strong understanding of the industry, market trends, and competitors
  • Experience working with CRM software in a service-driven business
  • Highly developed Internet search literacy, cloud-based platforms, social media platforms, mobile applications, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office
What We Offer
