About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Manager to join our team in Toronto, ON. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets across key product platforms.
- Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities from initial contact to close.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key economic and technical stakeholders.
- Remain knowledgeable about Altair's new and existing software and services offerings.
- Learn and understand key client needs on an ongoing basis.
Requirements:
- At least 3 plus years of Technical Sales experience.
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline.
- Canadian citizenship or Permanent Resident status.
- Self-motivated and energetic.
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to understand and formulate solutions based on customer needs.
- Will to travel regularly within assigned territory.
- Technically astute and able to comprehend engineering and design challenges faced by prospective customers.
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefit package, outstanding work-life balance, flex time, paid vacation, paid holidays, and a collaborative environment.
