Retail Sales Development Manager

LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics is a leading international luxury products company with a rich history of innovation and excellence. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Development Manager to join our team in North America.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for executing business strategies as developed by Corporate, overseeing the development of LVMH Fragrance Brands at the retail sales level within their assigned territory. This includes achieving established retail sales goals, ensuring proper usage of client retention systems, recruiting and motivating Beauty Advisors, and managing freelancers to achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and drive established retail sales goals as set forth by Corporate
- Ensure proper usage of all client retention systems in each account
- Recruit, hire, and motivate Beauty Advisors to achieve established sales goals
- Recruit, hire, schedule, and manage freelancers to assist in the achievement of sales goals, including proper budget management
- Work with store personnel to plan and execute product launches, promotions, and special events
- Implement corporate merchandising guidelines to ensure LVMH Fragrance Brands' image at point of sale
- Negotiate with store personnel to gain space and improve locations for all product categories at the beauty counter, women's fragrance counter, and men's bar
- Provide updates for the account profile book, including changes to space, location, and staffing
- Assist the Education Department in training and developing all Beauty Advisors while maintaining constant communication with Education Executives
- Provide necessary information for the account's monthly business report, including new product launches, promotions, and special events
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting and selecting top-performing Beauty Advisors and multi-door specialty account sell-through experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Persistence in improving market share of all Brand brands within area of responsibility
- Computer skills to operate Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to work from a home office and travel extensively throughout the territory
- Flexible hours to meet job objectives
- Handling confidential information and issues with discretion and judgment

LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics offers a competitive salary range of $85,000-$95,000 CAD, plus additional benefits, including the opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative company, professional growth and development opportunities, and a collaborative work environment.
