Job Responsibilities- Greet and assist customers as they enter the sales process, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
- Utilize current inventory information to match customers with vehicles that meet their needs, showcasing features and benefits.
- Enhance the sales process by demonstrating vehicle features, assisting with sales applications, and inspecting vehicles daily to identify any issues.
- Collaborate with management to ensure the sales floor is merchandised effectively, maximizing sales opportunities.
- Possess high energy levels, remaining enthusiastic throughout the sales workday.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, with a proven track record of sales success.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
- Be persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process.
- Possess basic business math skills, including percentages, and be proficient in Microsoft Office, accounting software, and proprietary sales programs.
