Salary and Benefits

Job Description

As an Automotive Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market share in the territory. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Scheduling appointments and visiting existing and potential customers to review product needs and identify opportunities for growth
  2. Managing and growing current customer relationships to maximize sales and revenue
  3. Providing exceptional customer service while meeting the needs of all customers
  4. Collaborating with fellow staff at the store, region, and organization levels to find innovative solutions for customers
  5. Utilizing data and analytics to understand customer needs and preferences
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Superior customer service skills, both on the phone and in-person
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and mechanical repair
  • Proficient knowledge of basic computer functions and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
