Overview of Automotive Territory Representative Role at Lordco Auto Parts

Lordco Auto Parts, Canada's largest independently-owned automotive parts retailer, is seeking an experienced Automotive Territory Representative to join its team in Dawson Creek, BC. As a member of our dynamic sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with existing and potential customers, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth in your assigned territory.

About the Job

The successful candidate will have previous related sales experience, preferably in the automotive or industrial industry. A minimum of 5 years of experience and superior customer service skills are required. The ideal candidate will also possess knowledge of automotive systems and mechanical repair, as well as proficiency in basic computer functions and Microsoft Office.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $60,000-$100,000 per year, including commissions and allowances. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule appointments and visit existing and potential customers to review product needs and determine other opportunities.
  • Manage and grow current customers in the territory.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while meeting the needs of all customers.
  • Work diligently with fellow staff at the store, region, and organization levels to find the right solution for our customers.
  • Use direct selling model to promote products to your assigned customer base.
