Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, or related field (equivalent experience considered)
  • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook and ability to learn new software
Work Environment

This is a full-time position that requires working in a standing position for extended periods, with some flexibility to adjust schedules as needed.

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including dental plan, health care plan, paramedical services coverage, vision care benefits, and a wellness program.
