**Reservations Manager - The Raven Room**

The Raven Room is hiring a **Reservations Manager** to join our team As a locally owned and operated business, we take pride in our inclusive, positive work environment and strong team dynamic. If you are positive, passionate, detail-oriented, and energetic, we want you to help manage our reservations, organize group bookings and lead our team while ensuring a smooth and exceptional guest experience, all while serving delicious food and cocktails.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- **Capture potential group sales leads** and maximize guest experience through efficient seating and service.
- Utilize **reservation systems** to manage bookings, cancellations, and modifications, ensuring smooth operations.
- Coordinate **group reservations and special events**, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
- Assist with **team training and development**, helping new hires understand the reservation systems and guest service expectations.
- Input and report **end-of-shift metrics** to keep track of reservations and guest flow.
- **Maintain open communication** with management through regular check-ins to ensure seamless service.
- **Manage the dining floor and waitlist** efficiently, ensuring the best possible guest experience during high-traffic times.
- **Address and resolve customer concerns** promptly, maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times.
- Oversee **team performance** and address any issues that arise during shifts.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous **hospitality experience** is required, with a focus on **hosting and reservations**.
- **Strong organizational skills** and attention to detail to manage reservations and group bookings effectively.
- A **positive attitude** and the ability to lead a team with confidence and professionalism.
- Excellent **communication skills** to maintain open channels with both the team and management.
- **Problem-solving abilities** to address customer concerns and ensure a smooth operation during busy periods.

**To Apply**:
Pay: $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
