Job Description
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients in a timely manner
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the relevant staff members
  • Provide assistance with data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Perform various administrative tasks as required
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma or degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, office administration)
  • 1-6 months of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
