We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at ONTARIO INC. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with our company policies.
  • Establish priorities and ensure procedures are followed, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of our operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Work Environment
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 32 to 37 hours per week
