Business Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our Toronto team at Canpar Express, a leading North American transportation and logistics company. This role offers the chance to drive sales and revenue growth in a dynamic industry.
About Canpar ExpressAs a subsidiary of TFI International, Canpar Express has over 1,700 employees and 55 terminals nationwide, providing small parcel delivery services across Canada. With a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence, we leverage a vast network to deliver efficient and reliable services.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Growth: Develop new business opportunities and manage key accounts to increase revenue and profitability.
- Territory Analysis: Research and analyze the territory's sales potential to identify new opportunities for Canpar Express.
- Business Proposal Development: Work closely with the Pricing Team to create tailored business proposals for customers.
- Customer Management: Manage a robust portfolio of customers to maintain satisfaction, increase retention, and drive account growth.
- Experience: 5+ years' experience in selling to Key Accounts.
- Skills: Excellent business acumen, analysis and problem-solving skills, proficiency in MS Excel, spreadsheets, data analysis, trend analysis, etc.
- Education: University degree or College diploma in business or a related field preferred.
- Language: Bilingual in Mandarin is an asset.
- Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience.
