Salary

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $38,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Job Description

We are looking for an administrative professional to assist in the coordination of events, meetings, and daily operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
  • Prepare and record minutes of meetings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars, minimizing conflicts and maximizing productivity.
  • Manage contracts, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • At least 7 months of relevant experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
