Job Title: Billing and Service Administrator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Service Administration and Billing Specialist to join our team at Belcan. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development of service administration and billing for both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date service administration and billing records
* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Perform administration duties for the Service Department, including the issuance and receipt of purchase orders
* Maintain customer relations as a top priority

Requirements:

* 2+ years of related experience in service administration, parts, supply chain, or product support operations in an office setting
* Knowledge of Heavy Equipment, truck, coach, generators, and Marine industry is an asset
* Proficient in computers with knowledge of ERP systems, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Parts department knowledge of heavy equipment, truck, coach, marine, industrial, or generator
* Basic understanding of business principles; WIP, sales tracking, etc.
* Strong multi-tasking skills and time management abilities in a fast-paced environment
