Job Description

Canada Inc. is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries.
  • Office Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure the office is well-stocked.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform data entry, type and proofread correspondence, and maintain digital databases.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: 1-6 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a large workload and tight deadlines. They will be required to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
