Job Title: Billing and Service Administrator

Job Summary:
Belcan is seeking a skilled Service Administration and Billing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development of service administration and billing for both internal and external customers. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date service administration and billing records
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Administer service department duties, including purchasing and receiving of parts and supplies
* Maintain customer relations and provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in service administration, parts, supply chain, or product support operations in an office setting
* Knowledge of heavy equipment, truck, coach, generators, and marine industry is an asset
* Proficient in computers with knowledge of ERP systems, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
