What You'll Be Doing:
- Empower our customers by guiding them through the insurance process, offering quotes, and helping them select the best coverage for their needs.
- Expand your influence by cross-selling additional Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance products.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment by handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, ensuring our customers have the support they need.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- An insurance broker license: Level 1 required (Level 2 preferable) to sell Property & Casualty lines.
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal – are key to success in this role.
- You're a go-getter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and isn't afraid to think outside the box.
- Dependability and commitment are crucial – we count on you to deliver excellence every day.
