Job SummaryThe Senior HR Business Partner will drive business success through strategic partnerships with leaders and transformative HR initiatives. This dynamic role provides both strategic and hands-on expertise in organizational design, employee relations, performance management, and career development.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute HR programs, including talent management, leadership development, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and performance management.
- Provide expert HR guidance and support on people and culture topics.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams and leaders to attract top talent aligned with our values and purpose, while transforming organizational structures to improve efficiency and meet evolving client needs.
- Enhance performance and accountability by creating clear job descriptions, success profiles, and career paths.
- Certificate, diploma, or degree in Business, Human Resources, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
- Ability to align HR strategies with business goals, driving innovation and continuous improvement in productivity and HR development.
- Expertise in designing and implementing impactful HR programs and initiatives.
- Skilled in coaching and mentoring leaders at all levels, building strong connections across the organization.
- Client-focused, understanding how internal HR practices impact the external client experience.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, with a results-driven and action-oriented approach.
- A competitive salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience.
