We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team at People Can Fly. This is a key role that will support the growth and development of our organization.
About the RoleThis is a senior-level position that requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner and 1 year at a senior level.
The successful candidate will be responsible for executing the global HR strategy in partnership with the North American Studio Head, focusing on developing and retaining our most valuable assets - our people.
Key Responsibilities- Serving as a strategic advisor to leadership, providing guidance on talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Supporting the execution and delivery of leadership development programs to enhance the skills and abilities of our leaders.
- Partnering with HR team members to analyze and evaluate compensation structures, benefits programs, and incentive plans to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
- Supporting the global performance review process to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within the organization.
- Actively participating in HRBP OKRs to drive business results and support organizational objectives.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing new procedures and initiatives to enhance HR services.
- At least 8 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in HRBP and talent development.
- SPHR or CHRP certification required.
- Experience working with US and Canadian employees, including knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on experience.
