Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at HT RECRUITMENT CONSULTANTS INC.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Key responsibilities include carrying out administrative activities of the establishment, assembling data for periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, performing data entry, and overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures.
  • Maintenance of accurate records and files is also an essential part of this role.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an office setting is required for this position.
  • Possession of a college, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year is preferred.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and time management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
