Lone Star Texas Grill is a fast-paced restaurant business that prides itself on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Our company culture emphasizes People, Empowerment, Results, and Coaching values.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the daily operations of our restaurant. This includes working closely with the regional director to manage and shape the restaurant's profit & loss statements.

You will also provide leadership and coaching to both full-time and part-time staff, conducting interviews and hiring individuals who will help grow the restaurant.

Additional responsibilities include managing the employee weekly schedule, engaging with guests in a fun and professional manner, and communicating shift priorities and responsibilities prior to each shift.

Requirements
  • Previous supervisory and hospitality industry experience is preferred.
  • Standard First Aid and Food Handlers certificate is preferred.
  • Smart Serve Certification is required.
  • The ability to remain physically active and busy for the duration of your shift.
  • Lift items up to 30lbs.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $50,000 - $65,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for the hospitality industry, we encourage you to apply.
