Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Bushbalm. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position based in Ottawa, Canada. You will be working closely with our internal teams to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance our relationships with existing customers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in business development and account management. You will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales campaigns
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and presentations to senior management
- 2+ years of experience in business development or account management
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and increasing revenue
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
