Business Development Manager

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
Job DescriptionThis critical role involves managing key business accounts, developing new opportunities, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions to clients.
- Account Management: Develop and implement strategies to grow existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to achieve quotas while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
- Delivery and Customer Experience: Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions that meet client needs and objectives.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Sales or Related Field: A strong background in sales, account management, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to clients.
- Negotiation and Presentation Abilities: Proven ability to negotiate contracts, agreements, and other documents, as well as present to clients at all levels.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Leadership and Influence: Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
