About the Role

As a Senior Business Development Manager at Rewind, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by building, coaching, and enabling a high-performing business development team.

Job Responsibilities
  • Pipeline Generation: Own ambitious outbound-driven pipeline targets for mid-market and enterprise accounts in North America and EMEA.
  • Team Leadership: Develop and lead a best-in-class business development team, focusing on recruiting, coaching, and mentoring SDRs and BDRs to drive revenue growth.
  • Process Optimization: Establish efficient processes for outbound prospecting and inbound qualification efforts to create qualified pipeline opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Foster strong internal relationships between BDRs/SDRs and Sales AEs to align on account strategy plans.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze funnel performance and lead the drive for conversion improvement.
  • ABM Strategy: Partner with Demand Generation and Sales to develop Account-Based Marketing (ABM) plays targeting prioritized strategic accounts.
  • Talent Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for BDRs and SDRs.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 6 years of experience in sales-related roles, including 2+ years of leading Business Development or Sales Development teams in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Skillset: Proven track record of exceeding sales pipeline goals, deep knowledge of Salesforce, Salesloft, Zoominfo, Gong, and Sales Navigator, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and strong analytical skills.
